Curriculum is made up of three interconnected chapters: Process, People, and Partnership. Strengthening one elevates the others, driving better collaboration and work.

We start workshops with an overview of the creative process. In this chapter, we show you how to harness the power of our subconscious to work smarter, not harder, and establish buy-in through purpose and vision. By focusing on the why rather than the how, teams will run like a well-oiled machine, finding better solutions faster.

Process


People

The right environment turns us into idea magnets. Flexibility, trust, and a sense of fun are essential for discovering new solutions and maintaining energy throughout the process. This chapter helps you build strong relationships while navigating challenging emotions like defensiveness and control. Mastering feedback is one of the most critical skills in creative collaboration.
